Umbrella organisations associated with an Engine For will set up individual accounts and collect payment from their members or associates. Engine For charges the Umbrella organisations for their total number of account holders on a monthly basis. The contract with Engine For is through the Umbrella organisation.

Accounts are charged per month with a minimum initial period of three months, with a one month notice period for cancellation.

An account holder will be sent a generated unique username and password for their account and can use it as much or as little as is required.

Full online support is available 24/7. Problems or issues will be reported through the Umbrella organisation and Edatachase will review reports sent within normal working hours, addressing problems as soon as possible and communicating through the Umbrella company to keep all parties informed of progress.
